Q: Why Is the app asking to access my location?

A: In order for us to show the closest locations around you, we have to make sure that we know where you are first.

Q: What is your search radius?

​

A: We search within 2 miles or 3.2 kilometers away from you. 

​

Q: Why is this app free?

​

A: Ads. Simple and plain. Ads help us generate the revenue, keep the app up to date, and improving features.

Q: Do you keep track of the restrooms that I've used?

​

A: Nope. We'll let you keep track of where you... "Go."

​

Q: There are no locations in my area, is my app broken?

​

A: No. Got To Go is smart enough to let you know if there's no locations close. If so, a message will pop up letting you know that there are none near you. Don't worry though. We will updating venues near you soon!

Q: How do you calculate your rating system?

​

A: A simple 1 to 5 rating but, we have our own spin on it.
